Terms of sale and use
These terms apply when you use this site or buy the Jewelry Box from MiLi. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and prices
We sell to customers in the United States and Canada. Prices are in US dollars and can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive Stripe’s receipt. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the product is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method. Sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Our shipping policy, returns policy and 12-month limited warranty are part of these terms.
Using the tracker
The tracker is for keeping track of your own belongings. You agree not to use it, or the box, to track a person without their knowledge and consent. Doing so breaks these terms and the rules of Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, and may be a crime where you live. Both networks can alert people to unknown trackers moving with them.
Apple Find My and Google Find Hub are run by Apple and Google, under their own terms, and need a compatible phone and an account with them. Location updates depend on nearby devices in those networks, so we can’t promise how often the box will update or that a lost box will be found. The box is not a safety, security or emergency device.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the loss or theft of items stored in the box. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights under consumer protection laws, including those of your state or province.
This site
The text, photos and design on this site belong to MiLi or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. We try to keep everything accurate, but colours and details can look slightly different on your screen.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
