Processing

We pack and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.

If something is delayed

If we can’t ship your order in the time stated here, we will email you before that time with a new shipping date. You can agree to the new date or cancel for a full, prompt refund. If we can’t ship at all, we refund you without you having to ask.

Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to Canada are sent with duties already covered, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door. Your card issuer may convert the charge to Canadian dollars at its own rate.

Address and delivery

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email service@mili-shop.com right away; we can change it until the box has shipped. Once it has shipped, we will help you work with the carrier to redirect it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your box says delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrives damaged, email service@mili-shop.com with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
