The tracker
How does the tracker work?
A small tag is built into the box. Pair it once with Apple Find My on iPhone or Google Find Hub on Android, and the box shows up on the map in that app, next to your phone and your other things.
iPhone or Android?
Both. Pair the box with one network: Apple Find My on iPhone, or Google Find Hub on Android. If you want to switch later, email us and we will walk you through it.
Is there a subscription or data plan?
No. Find My and Find Hub are free, and the box needs no SIM, plan or monthly fee.
How do I pair it?
On iPhone, open the Find My app; on Android, open Find Hub. Choose to add an item, keep the open box next to your phone, and follow the steps on screen. It takes a few taps.
How does it find the box when I am far away?
The box sends a secure Bluetooth signal that nearby phones in the Find My or Find Hub network pick up and report, without anyone seeing who it belongs to. In busy places like airports and hotels it updates often. In remote places with few phones around, updates come less often.
Will someone else be warned if the box is in their bag?
Yes, both networks can alert a person if an unknown tracker seems to be moving with them. That is a safety feature. The box is for keeping track of your own jewelry, never a person. See our terms of use.
Can MiLi see where my box is?
No. Location reports go through Apple or Google and are encrypted. We never receive your box’s location. More in our privacy policy.
The box
What fits inside?
A ring roll that snaps shut at both ends, a row for studs and drop earrings, separate places for necklaces so chains do not touch, and a zipped compartment for bracelets and small pieces. There is a mirror in the lid.
What is it made of?
Genuine leather outside and a soft velvet lining inside.
Can it go in my carry-on?
Yes. It is made for travel: carry-on, handbag, hotel safe or vanity.
How do I look after the leather?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water, heat and direct sun for long periods, and let it dry naturally if it gets wet. Leather softens and darkens a little with use; that is part of its character.

How much is it?
$69.99 in US dollars, with free shipping to the United States and Canada. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, and by Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link where your device supports them. We never see or store your full card number.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in the US and 3 to 7 in Canada. Full details on the shipping page.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See the returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
